A Proud Guy

I am very proud of my family. I also really like fishing but don't get much time for that, oh well. I also like yapping on my amateur radio even though most of the time I just listen.

A trip to that land of Davy Crockett

This is my take on the trip that Grandma and I made to help our out-of-state daughter move into their new home in Kentucky. Needless to say I didn't have to unpack too many boxes as I was the designated "baby-holder" and Kid entertainer. On the day above, I became the human snowball target and was pelted beyond belief. Notice the cheering fans on the banister behind Weston and Brian. The snow came about mid-week and was very pretty to look at from inside next to the fireplace while holding the baby.

Aaron and Grandpa had alot of fun playing jacks but not the normal way that most people play.
We would put them on top of one of the moving boxes that the boys were playing with and I would spin one of the jacks until it hit others and knocked them off the box at which time Aaron would grab them and put them into his pile.

Grandma took her turn at holding little Amber while we went and ate dinner at McDonalds. She just looked at me like "and tell me, Why aren't you holding me?"

I know this is alittle dark but it was at night even if we were inside. Oh well, it was fun and filling to get out of the house that Kristie kept us chained up in until her mom and her got almost everything unpacked. Oh, I also helped out by walking around the house looking for "new house bloopers" or spots that needed touching up by the builder. It was a great trip and I didn't mention one time that Debi tried to kill us both on the way out of the airport.
